How we work
Stills and film share one plan from the first recce to the last file.

Quay
A recce in the overcast we intend to keep.
We read the brief, ask what the pictures are for and where they will run, and visit the place if we have not shot there before.
You get: a crew plan and a written estimate.
Plot
Stills and motion share a key. No second look in the truck.
Shot list, call sheet, crew and kit go into one document. Must-have frames come first, extras come with a time next to them.
You get: a call sheet and a shot list.
Hold
Tethered review. Selects before the cloud moves.
Stills are reviewed tethered on set, film is checked on a calibrated monitor, and nobody leaves until the key frames are agreed.
You get: a contact sheet the same evening.
Grade
Cool without steel. Whites decided once.
Finishing happens here, not with a stranger. Files are named for the media plan and delivered with a readme someone else can follow.
You get: masters, versions and an archive.
Name
Masters labelled for the media plan.
